Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests, provide an enjoyable shopping experience, and adhere to safety and store operations policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, performing housekeeping duties, replenishing products, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, have reliable transportation, and capable of performing various physical tasks. Preferred skills include basic computer functions and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
