Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. Key duties include greeting guests, maintaining cash and lottery levels, ensuring store cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and conducting vendor check-ins. This role also involves completing assigned merchandising projects and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Candidates must be available for flexible hours, have reliable transportation, and possess basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
