Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing superior guest experience and completing store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, managing cash and inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing housekeeping duties. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, basic computer skills, and physical capabilities to access all areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
