Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will provide top-notch guest experiences while handling store operations including greeting customers, managing the point of sale, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality policies, replenishing products, checking in vendors, conducting inventory, and completing tasks as assigned by management. Candidates must be flexible in working hours and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating in various temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
