Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, performing all store-level tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing point of sale operations, maintaining cash levels, and carrying out housekeeping duties. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to complete physical tasks and inventory. Successful candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
