Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, your role includes greeting guests, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience, executing safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, and handling store housekeeping tasks. You will manage cash and inventory, communicate with management about guest and vendor concerns, and assist with training new hires. Reliable transportation and flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
