Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for guests while performing store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, operating point of sale systems, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing products, and communicating with management about guest needs. Required skills include the ability to perform housekeeping tasks, operate within store operations guidelines, and complete paperwork accurately. This position requires flexibility in hours and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adherence to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash responsibly
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and vendors
- Ability to perform store housekeeping functions
- Capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately
