Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers and facilitating their shopping needs. Key responsibilities include adhering to store operations policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, completing store housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating with management about guest requests or vendor concerns. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to perform duties in a timely manner
