Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for enhancing the guest experience and managing store-level tasks including greeting guests, maintaining store cleanliness, operating the point of sale, managing cash and product levels, and addressing guest requests. This role requires flexibility in availability, physical capability, and basic computer skills. Additional responsibilities include inventory management and supporting employee onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs
- Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
