Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will provide an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests, facilitating store-level tasks, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines. The role includes operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, conducting inventory, and performing store housekeeping duties. Required capabilities include basic computer skills, physical stamina for lifting and accessing all store areas, and the ability to support new hire training. Flexible scheduling is required.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training

- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
