Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing an excellent shopping experience to guests while adhering to safety, security, and operational policies. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, conducting housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating with store management. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to perform tasks in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
