Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experiences and completing all store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, executing safety and store operations policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, and performing store housekeeping functions. The associate will communicate effectively with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns, conduct gas tank inventory, and assist with onboarding new employees. Required skills include basic computer abilities and physical capabilities to perform various tasks. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete required paperwork
