Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring an excellent shopping experience for guests, greeting them upon entry, and maintaining store operations including cash management and inventory control. This role entails performing housekeeping duties, assisting with replenishing supplies, and adhering to safety and security policies. Candidates must possess strong communication skills to manage guest requests and vendor interactions, and should be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and working in varied temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
