Job Summary
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing store housekeeping tasks, and communicating with store management regarding guest requests. Must be able to work in various temperatures and perform tasks in a timely manner. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to support training for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch
