Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for ensuring a top-notch guest experience while completing various store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale in compliance with corporate standards, maintaining cash and inventory levels, and performing housekeeping duties. The role requires flexibility in working hours, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and climbing. Training and onboarding for new hires are also part of the responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
