Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will provide an enjoyable shopping experience, greet guests, and drive a top-notch guest experience. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, completing store housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating guest requests. The role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and climbing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
