Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and assisting with store-level tasks. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, conducting housekeeping functions, communicating guest requests, and completing tasks assigned by management. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to perform duties in intermittent temperatures (e.g. outside, cooler)
