Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and facilitate an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety, security, quality, and operational policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, performing store housekeeping tasks, and replenishing products. The role requires availability for flexible hours and physical capability for various tasks. The successful candidate will support new employee onboarding and training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork
