Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and facilitating store operations. Duties include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and addressing guest requests. Candidates should have reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience in customer service or retail environment
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
