Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will drive an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers, facilitating store-level tasks, and adhering to established safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining proper cash levels, replenishing products, and performing store housekeeping functions. The role requires ability to work flexible hours, reliable transportation, physical capabilities such as lifting and climbing, and basic computer skills. Candidates should demonstrate accuracy in paperwork and support onboarding for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
