Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by maintaining store operations and executing safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, managing cash and inventory, conducting housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating with management about guest and vendor concerns. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and physical tasks, including lifting and performing duties in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch
