Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will drive a top-notch guest experience and facilitate all store-level tasks, including greeting guests, maintaining store operations, and adhering to safety and quality policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, performing housekeeping functions, replenishing products, and communicating with management regarding guest and vendor concerns. The role requires flexible hours of work, reliable transportation, the ability to perform basic computer tasks, and physical capability to handle store duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, reaching, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
