Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and completing various store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operations policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and stock levels, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. The role also requires the completion of housekeeping tasks and assistance with vendor management. Candidates should possess the ability to work flexible hours, perform basic computer functions, and undertake physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.)
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
