Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for creating a positive guest experience while completing various store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing store housekeeping, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. This role requires flexibility in working hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to carry out physical tasks including lifting and cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork
