Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by greeting guests, executing safety and operational policies, and managing point-of-sale operations. Key responsibilities include completing various store housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, communicating with management regarding guest requests, checking in vendors, performing inventory tasks, and assisting in employee onboarding. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to perform basic computer functions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
