Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience, adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the cash register, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking supplies, and communicating guest requests. Additional duties include inventory checks and supporting new employee onboarding. Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
