Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring compliance with store operations and safety policies, and performing various cleaning and housekeeping tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining cash and product levels, replenishing supplies, and communicating with management about guest needs. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing. Strong communication and basic computer skills are beneficial for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training
