Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will greet guests and enhance their shopping experience while performing store operations tasks. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, completing store housekeeping, and communicating guest requests to management. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to work flexible hours, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing. No prior experience is mandatory, but computer skills and customer service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
