The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience, greeting guests, and executing store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety, security, and operational policies, operating the point of sale system, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing housekeeping functions, and communicating with management about guest requests. The role requires flexible availability, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform various physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
