Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and adhering to established safety and store operations policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintaining cash and product levels, performing store housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and managing vendor-related concerns. The role requires effective communication with management, conducting gas tank inventory, and supporting new hire onboarding. The associate must possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in working hours, and physical ability to handle store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
