Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and completing all store-level tasks, including operating the point of sale, maintaining inventory levels, and performing housekeeping duties. Responsibilities involve communicating with management about guest requests, checking in vendors, and completing assigned tasks efficiently. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates must be dependable, possess basic computer skills, and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
