Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for driving top-notch guest experiences and completing store-level tasks, which include greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, and performing housekeeping duties. Responsibilities further include replenishing products, communicating with management about guest requests, conducting inventory, and supporting the onboarding and training of new hires. Candidates should possess the ability to operate within varying temperatures and undertake physical tasks up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
