Job Summary
Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale system, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, communicating with management about guest requests, and performing gas tank inventory. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours and perform various physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training
