The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, greeting customers, maintaining store operations, executing safety and quality standards, and handling transactions at the point of sale. The role requires the ability to perform basic computer functions, manage cash and inventory, conduct housekeeping tasks, and communicate effectively with management and vendors. Physical stamina is necessary as the position involves climbing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
