Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience by greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, and completing various store housekeeping functions. Key responsibilities include operating the point of sale, managing cash and stock levels, and communicating with management concerning guest requests. Candidates must be flexible to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and must possess reliable transportation. Physical abilities required include lifting up to 25 lbs and performing tasks in various temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
