Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for ensuring a top-notch guest experience while executing store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, completing housekeeping duties, and communicating guest requests to management. The role requires flexibility in working hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Successful candidates should demonstrate basic computer skills and be able to manage various operational aspects of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
