Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will drive an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, facilitating shopping, and executing store operations per corporate standards. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, conducting housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating effectively with management regarding guest and vendor issues. Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required, along with physical ability to perform store tasks and navigate all areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (inside/outside)
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
