Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and completing store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, performing housekeeping duties, replenishing products, and managing vendor check-ins. The role requires flexibility in hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as climbing and lifting. Additional duties include supporting employee onboarding and training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
