Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests, provide an enjoyable shopping experience, and ensure adherence to safety, security, quality, and operational policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating with management about guest requests. The associate must be flexible with working hours and have reliable transportation. This role requires physical capability to handle various tasks and accurate record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
