Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience and performing all store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, adhering to safety and store operations policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, and completing housekeeping functions. The role requires replenishing products, communicating with management regarding guest requests, conducting inventory, and supporting the onboarding and training of new hires. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch
