Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate, you will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience, adhering to store operations, safety, security, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, ensuring clean store conditions, and communicating guest requests to management. This role requires the ability to work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
