Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing store tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational procedures, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, and performing store housekeeping duties. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and accessing various store areas. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
