Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience, greeting guests, and executing store operations while adhering to safety and quality policies. Key duties include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, completing housekeeping tasks, replenishing products, and communicating with management about guest requests. Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, are required. Job responsibilities also involve training new employees and conducting inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
