Job Summary
Guest Service Associates will drive exceptional guest experiences and fulfill all store-level tasks including greeting customers, operating point of sale systems, maintaining cash and inventory levels, conducting store housekeeping, and communicating with management about guest needs. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, teamwork in training new hires, and adherence to safety and operational policies. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to customer service and be able to perform physical tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
