Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting customers, ensuring the execution of safety and operational policies, and managing store-level tasks. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, conducting cleaning duties, replenishing product stock, and communicating guest requests to management. The role requires the ability to perform basic computer functions, work in varying temperatures, lift/carry up to 25 lbs, and complete job duties in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
