Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is tasked with providing exceptional guest experiences while completing store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, ensuring store operations comply with safety and quality standards, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining cash and product levels, performing store cleaning duties, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. The role requires flexibility to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as physical abilities to perform store tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
