Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, conducting cleaning tasks, and communicating guest requests to management. The role requires flexible scheduling including availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as being physically capable to perform various tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
