Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, and managing point-of-sale functions. Key duties include maintaining proper cash and inventory levels, conducting store housekeeping tasks, and supporting communication with store management regarding guest requests. This role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to work in varying temperatures, and physical tasks including lifting and climbing. Candidates should have basic computer skills and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
