Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will provide exceptional guest experiences, adhere to safety and operational standards, and manage point of sale activities. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and communicating with management about guest needs and vendor issues. The role requires flexible scheduling and physical capabilities such as lifting and accessing all store areas. Training for new hires and opportunities for professional development are also provided.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to count, read and write accurately.

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
