Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for driving top-notch guest experience and completing all store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining store safety and operations, managing cash registers, ensuring product availability, conducting gas tank inventory, and supporting management requests. Must be flexible with work hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the physical ability to perform various tasks including lifting and accessing different areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
